The Sports & Health Club, Inc., appeals by writ of certiorari from an order of the Minneapolis Civil Rights Commission. The Commission concluded the Club terminated Philip Blanding's membership in the Club because of his affectional preference. It further concluded that the termination of membership constituted a violation of the Minneapolis ordinance prohibiting discrimination in public accommodations because of sexual or affectional...
