The parties in this consolidated appeal were involved in a foreclosure proceeding. The plaintiff-appellee, Bank of Santa Fe, filed suit to foreclose its judgment lien against Boston E. Witt and Kathleen A. Witt (the Witts), who are not parties to the appeal. The principal amount of the judgment lien was $32,356.42, plus interest and attorney's fees.
