Defendant's contention that the People failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt is without merit. The complainant's testimony identifying the defendant as one of the assailants was strong and unwavering, and was based upon the complainant's prior observation of the defendant in the neighborhood, as well as his observation of the defendant at the time of the crime itself.
