The petitioner-appellant, Harry Ferguson, is before this Court appealing from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. He was convicted of attempted murder, a class A felony, I.C. §§ 35-42-1-1 and 35-41-5-1; and attempted rape, a class A felony, I.C. §§ 35-42-4-1 and 35-41-5-1.
