WAHL, Justice.

Kym A. Coleman was charged by complaint with aggravated robbery in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 609.245 and 609.11 (1984). He was convicted of the offense following a jury trial, and appealed the conviction to the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals, 356 N.W.2d 752, reversed the conviction, and remanded the case for retrial. We granted the state's petition for discretionary review. We...
