This is an appeal from a district court order sustaining the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, Paul Goetowski, M.D., in a medical malpractice action filed by plaintiff, Conrad Jacobs. On July 30, 1982, Jacobs filed a petition against Goetowski in the district court for Lancaster County.
