Robert Kemp appeals from a decree of the Marion County Superior Court dissolving his marriage with Suzanne Kemp, dividing their property pursuant to a prenuptial agreement, and granting Suzanne the right to name the custodian of custodial accounts given by Robert under Indiana's Uniform Gifts to Minors Act1 to Suzanne's children by a previous marriage.
