OPINION

EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.

Petitioner's convictions in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, entered upon his plea of guilty to murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree were affirmed by the Appellate Division, Second Department. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 15 years to life on the murder charge and 8 1/3 to 25 years on the robbery charge.
