Marcia Louise Weck (wife) appeals portions of the property division made in this dissolution of marriage action. We affirm.

At the time of the decree, husband and wife had entered into a separation agreement which included a stipulated division of marital property. The division consisted primarily of: a marital bakery business with a stipulated value of $303,656.25 awarded to husband; a family home which was to be listed for sale at $180,000...
