Defendant Jerry Lee Williams appeals from his conviction by jury and sentence for first degree murder in violation of Iowa Code section 707.2 (1981). He contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motions to dismiss the indictment, in overruling his challenge to evidence of his alleged complicity in another homicide, and in overruling his motion for judgment of acquittal.
