JAMES HUNTER, III, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Beatrice E. Petersen appeals an order of the District Court of the Virgin Islands dismissing her complaint against appellee Dr. Eugene Glad on the ground that Petersen's claims are barred by the Virgin Islands statute of limitations for medical malpractice actions.
