GLASSMAN, Justice.

The defendant, Thomas T. Tuck, appeals a Superior Court, Somerset County, judgment denying his motion, pursuant to M.R. Civ.P. 60(b),1 for relief from a judgment of contempt. The plaintiff, the Land Use Regulation Commission (LURC), cross-appeals the denial of its motion for further contempt sanctions.
