PATTERSON, Judge.

Appellant, Michael Edward St. John, was indicted by the Etowah County Grand Jury for unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, in violation of § 13A-8-11(b), Code of Alabama 1975. Appellant was arraigned on September 21, 1984, and pleaded not guilty. On October 29, 1984, a jury found appellant guilty as charged, and he was subsequently sentenced to a term of twenty-five years in the penitentiary, upon application of the Habitual Felony Offender...
