Appellant, Michael Edward St. John, was indicted by the Etowah County Grand Jury for unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, in violation of § 13A-8-11(b), Code of Alabama 1975. Appellant was arraigned on September 21, 1984, and pleaded not guilty.
