This appeal seeks review of the district court's ruling that a holographic will was invalid. Appellant Mary Rose Lorenzo, eldest court to admit the decedent's holographic will to probate. The decedent's other children by a later marriage, appellees Martha Howard, James E. Dobson, and Robert R. Dobson, objected to the admission of the holographic will.
