Plaintiffs brought this action to recover damages for defendant's alleged legal malpractice. The trial court dismissed plaintiffs' second amended complaint on defendant's motion under ORCP 21 A(9) on the ground that the action was not commenced within the applicable period of limitations. Plaintiffs appeal.
