Diane Vicknair Enlow Norton (plaintiff) filed suit to terminate a joint custody plan, to gain sole custody of Ashley Nicole Enlow, age three and one-half, and, seeking to avoid further psychological trauma to Ashley, to restrict visitation rights of her first husband, James Bradley Enlow (defendant), resident of Manhattan, Kansas. The trial court retained the joint custody plan but modified it by limiting defendant's physical custody of his daughter...
