DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury convicted Albert Wayne Ware for the offense of "Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon"1 and assessed his punishment at confinement for 20 years and a $10,000 fine.2 The district judge cumulated3 this sentence with an earlier conviction4 for the same offense. We affirm this conviction.
