DAUGHTREY, Judge.

The defendant, Sam Delk, was convicted of the second degree murder of Harry Gipson and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. On appeal, Delk alleges that the circumstantial evidence used to convict him was insufficient, that he should have been allowed to inspect the notes of a TBI agent, that the jury panel was not impartial, that certain evidence was improperly admitted at trial, and that he should have been allowed to introduce...
