After a court trial, Mary Ann Jackson was found guilty of uttering a forged instrument, aggravated forgery, and theft by check. The trial court entered formal adjudications for each conviction and sentenced Jackson to three concurrent 20-month terms of imprisonment which were stayed subject to certain conditions.
