YOUNG v. YOUNG

No. AY-456.

465 So.2d 652 (1985)

Michael Martin YOUNG, Appellant, v. Beverly Coleman YOUNG, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

March 22, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John Paul Howard, Jacksonville, for appellant.

James G. Roberts, of Roberts & Roberts, Jacksonville, for appellee.

ZEHMER, Judge.

The order increasing appellant's child support payments pursuant to appellee's motion for modification is reversed. The natural parents of a minor child have an equal responsibility within the bounds of equity to provide support for their child. § 61.13, Fla. Stat. (1983). The record before us contains insufficient evidence from which the trial court could determine what amount is reasonably necessary for the support of the minor child.
