Appellant David M. Dacus was convicted of driving while intoxicated (first offense) in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 75-2503 (Supp.1985). The trial court fined appellant $150.00 plus costs, sentenced him to twenty-four hours in jail, suspended his driver's license for ninety days, and ordered him to participate in an alcohol abuse program.
