Defendant Kenneth Loggins was indicted on one count of knowingly and intentionally possessing heroin with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). When the case came to trial on January 21, 1985, defendant filed a motion to quash the search warrant and suppress evidence seized pursuant to it on the ground that the affidavit in support of the warrant was insufficient to establish probable cause.
