This litigation commenced when LRH, Inc. sued Della Tiller for damages for breach of contract. Della Tiller appeals a judgment based upon a compromise which the parties agreed upon for the purpose of settling the initial lawsuit just prior to the trial of the case. LRH, Inc. filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. It contends the appellant confessed judgment by signing the compromise agreement and forfeited her right to appeal under LSA-C.C.P...
