We granted certiorari to review In re Marriage of Griffin, 666 P.2d 1105 (Colo. App.1982), in which the Court of Appeals held that, where a dissolution decree provides for joint parental selection of their child's school, the parents may request the district court to select the school when the parents cannot agree.
