SCHEB, Judge.
Defendant pled nolo contendere to a charge of robbery with a firearm. The trial judge adjudicated the defendant guilty and sentenced him to seven years imprisonment with a three year mandatory sentence. Defendant was sentenced under the sentencing guidelines.
