Before the Court is an appeal by David Wilson of his adjudication of delinquency in Family Court on charges of Rape Second Degree, Kidnapping Second Degree, and Conspiracy Second Degree. The appellant was tried and adjudged delinquent with respect to all three charges on January 23, 1984 and was sentenced on April 2, 1984 to two years probation.
