BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

Myron Good Bird appeals pro se from the district court's1 order denying his motion to vacate and set aside his federal prison sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. He alleges that the district court erred in failing to give him an opportunity to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.
