MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Presently before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Review of Taxation of Costs assessed by the Clerk of the Court. The motion evolves out of an age discrimination suit and subsequent petition for attorneys' fees and costs. Following a successful appeal, 680 F.2d 248, of this Court's grant of summary judgment for Defendant, 515 F.Supp. 1260
