Defendant argues only one assignment of error, in which he contends that the trial court committed error by denying defendant's motion to suppress and allowing into evidence Ms. Lee's trial testimony as to the one-on-one show-up and her in-court identification of defendant; that the show-up was conducted in violation of N.C.Gen.Stat. § 7A-596 (1981); and that the trial court failed to make findings of fact or conclusions of law regarding this violation...
