Following a jury trial, Dennis Potts was convicted of attempted sexual assault in the first degree (Count I). Former AS 11.41.410(a)(4) and AS 11.31.100(a). He was also convicted of sexual abuse of a minor (Count II). Former AS 11.41.440(a)(2).
