Wynn ("defendant") was indicted on two counts of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, in violation of 11 Del.C. §§ 531 and 636, and one count of Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, in violation of 11 Del.C. § 1447.
