Harvie and Bruce Baldwin, d/b/a Baldwin Leasing Co., leased four signs to National Safe Depository Corporation. The lessee was dissatisfied with three of the signs, and failed to make rental payments. After extensive negotiations, Baldwin Leasing commenced suit seeking to enforce the liquidated damages clause of the lease.
