This appeal originates in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, Division "N", wherein the Honorable James L. Cannella rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff Terri Krake and against defendants Exxon Company, U.S.A. and Loyal Vern Hoover, in solido, in the full amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand, Six Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($228,616).
