ROBERTSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment approving a foreclosure sale. Appellant purchased a condominium apartment in November, 1978. After August, 1979, however, he failed to make any monthly maintenance fee payments. Pursuant to provisions in the Condominium Declaration (declaration), the property was foreclosed on and purchased by appellee.
