Appellant Washington Insurance Agency, Inc. (WIA), a commercial tenant under a five-year lease, vacated the premises after three and a half years. One of the owners brought suit. The trial court granted his motion for summary judgment and awarded damages against WIA for unpaid rent, interest, and costs.
