Appellant, David Vancortlandt Crosby appeals a conviction for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and for unlawfully carrying a handgun in a tavern. Appellant was sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment on the cocaine charge, and three years imprisonment, to run concurrently, on the weapon charge.
