Appellant was convicted of aggravated robbery and sentenced to 20 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He argues on appeal (1) that the trial court erred in refusing to grant his motion to dismiss since the state did not comply with the provisions of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers and, (2) that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence certain statements made by appellant to an officer
