Appellants, Bobbie Oates Coffman and Randall Coffman, bring this appeal to challenge a summary judgment entered in a will contest involving two wills executed by Ethel Oates Jowell. The trial court found that the will offered by appellants, dated May 26, 1983, was void and that the will espoused by appellee, dated May 24, 1982, was the last will and testament of Ethel Jowell.
