EVANS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a permanent injunction entered against the appellants in a suit to enforce a deed restriction.

The appellees, Mr. and Mrs. Kubena and Mr. and Mrs. Rosynek, are home owners in a residential subdivision. The appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Mills, also live in the subdivision, on the same street as the appellees. The appellants entered into the commercial child care business and registered their premises...
