Following repeated reviews of an order which had adjudged these three children neglected, a petition to terminate parental rights was filed. After a hearing, the trial court ordered the rights of both parents terminated on the grounds that reasonable efforts had failed to correct the conditions leading to the determination of neglect and that the children were neglected and in foster care.
