Plaintiff David Wolford appeals from a judgment for defendant notwithstanding a jury verdict of $22,500 in punitive damages in this malicious prosecution case. Defendant United States Leasing Corporation cross-appeals, seeking reversal of the judgment for $15,000 in actual damages. We reverse and remand for a new trial in light of the holding of the Missouri Supreme Court in the case of Sanders v. Daniel International Corporation,
