In this Chapter 11 case, one of the six Creditors' Committees filed a Motion to Intervene in an adversary proceeding initiated by the Debtors. The Committee sought to align itself with and to adopt the Debtors' Complaint to invalidate and avoid alleged secured liens claimed by a minority membership of the Committee.
