Appellant Jackie Lynn Stevenson, Lonnie Leon Young, and Larry Eddie Young were conjointly charged on September 2, 1981, in the District Court of McCurtain County, Case No. CRF-81-166, with First Degree Murder (21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7) and Armed Robbery (21 O.S. 1981, § 801).
