Slip and Fall. Mrs. Browning was shopping at Sears and went to a ladies' restroom located in a hallway. Adjacent to the entrance to the restroom was a water drinking fountain which was in operating condition with no leaks and beside which was a stool allowing use of the fountain by small children.
