Darrell Maxey and Kenneth Corneil purchased a parcel of property which had been used by the Valparaiso Community Schools as a bus maintenance and storage facility. They intended to use the facility in much the same way but as a private, commercial enterprise. Later, when they applied for a "Certificate of Occupancy", their application was denied by the zoning administrator. They appealed this denial to the City of Valparaiso Board of Zoning...
