Merle Allen Kuntzelman appeals from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.1 Kuntzelman contends that the district court erred in finding that six photographs introduced into evidence at his trial were not so inflammatory as to prejudice the jury and deny him his rights to due process and a fair trial under the fourteenth amendment.
