OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of attempted murder. The case was tried before a jury, and the trial court assessed punishment at fifty years in the Texas Department of Corrections.

Appellant's court-appointed counsel has filed a brief in which he has concluded that the appeal is frivolous and without merit. The brief meets the requirements of Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738...
