MURPHY, Justice.

This products liability and negligence suit arose on June 3, 1976, when James E. Alm's eye was injured by a bottle cap which blew off a thirty-two ounce glass "7-Up" bottle. The trial court awarded Alm judgment for $163,025 against Aluminum Company of America, (Alcoa). We reverse and remand this cause for new trial, because the evidence is factually insufficient to support the jury findings of negligence and proximate cause against...
