Appellants Michael and Leah Carnes appeal their convictions for unlawful possession of marijuana (under Ind. Code § 35-48-4-11 (1982)) and for unlawful possession of methaqualone (under Ind. Code § 35-48-4-7 (1982)). Appellants were given a two-year, suspended sentence, placed on a one-year probation, and ordered to perform one hundred hours of community service.
