Appellant Lloyd Mitchell Best was convicted of intrafamilial sexual abuse in the second degree. Appellant claims: (1) there is insufficient evidence to sustain his conviction; (2) the trial court abused its discretion in failing to grant a continuance; (3) the trial court erred in allowing the State to impeach him with a prior conviction for receiving stolen property; (4) he was denied his right to effective assistance of counsel...
